Step 1: Connect & Consult
You reach out and tell us about your vision. We schedule a complimentary call to understand your story, your timeline, and what matters most. No pressure—just conversation.

Step 2: Book & Secure
Once you've found your collection, we send a proposal with all details, pricing, and next steps. You sign the agreement and secure your date with a 50% retainer (non-refundable, applied to your final balance).

Step 3: Prepare Together
We meet (in-person or virtually) to plan. We discuss your timeline, your family, your vision. We scout your venue if needed. We build your shot list together. You feel guided, not anxious.

Step 4: Shoot Day
You wake up, get ready, and trust that Insomniatic Media is there to document the realness, the emotion, the joy. We move with intention. You feel celebrated.

Step 5: Image Delivery
We edit with care and deliver your full collection in a private online gallery where you can view, download, share, and order prints anytime.

Step 6: Prints & Heirlooms
Your album arrives. Your framed prints are ready to hang. Your video is there to watch. Your story is preserved.
